Cartee Care provides ambulatory transportation for clients who are able to walk or transfer on their own but may need a helping hand or safe, reliable transport. This service is ideal for individuals who do not require a wheelchair or stretcher but still need assistance getting to and from medical appointments, errands, or visits with loved ones. Our trained drivers ensure each passenger’s comfort, safety, and punctual arrival.

Wheelchair Client

Wheelchair Transportation Description:
Cartee Care provides wheelchair transportation for clients who use a wheelchair and require accessible, comfortable, and safe travel. Our vehicles are equipped with ramps or lifts to accommodate standard and power wheelchairs, allowing clients to remain seated during transport. Trained drivers assist with boarding, secure the wheelchair properly, and ensure a smooth, supportive ride to medical appointments, errands, or personal visits. -- Please note our van wheelchair width limit of 31.5" from outside of one wheelchair tire to the other wheelchair tire. Max wheelchair seat size is 22" for a standard wheelchair.

No Lift NEMT Broda Chair

No-Lift NEMT Broda Chair Transportation Description:
Cartee Care provides No-Lift NEMT Broda Chair transportation for clients who are unable to transfer into a standard seat or wheelchair but still wish to travel in comfort and dignity. The Broda Chair functions similarly to a cot or gurney, offering full support with adjustable recline and padding for a relaxed, secure ride. This no-lift option minimizes physical strain for both clients and caregivers while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and professional transportation experience to medical appointments or other destinations. -- Please note: the Broda Chair has a weight limit of 350 lbs.
